1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in any promotion or using a promotional code on the YOGA Skincare website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

Promotions are available for a limited time only, as advertised on our official website (www.yogaskincare.com.au). YOGA Skincare reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. Promotion Conditions

Promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to past orders, combined with other offers, or used for price matching unless explicitly stated.

4. Availability

All promotions are subject to stock availability. Some promotions may exclude specific products such as sale items, limited editions, and gift cards, unless otherwise specified.

5. Usage & Redemption

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout or will be automatically applied where eligible. Unless stated otherwise, most codes are valid for one-time use only. For Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions, all qualifying items must be added to the cart before selecting the free gift.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Promotions apply to online orders shipped to eligible locations only. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect.

7. Returns & Refunds

Products purchased using a promotional discount are subject to our standard returns policy. Refunds will be processed based on the actual amount paid after any discounts. If a free gift or bonus item was included, it must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

8. Non-Transferable

Promotional codes and offers are non-transferable and must not be sold, shared, or exchanged.

9. Multiple Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion can be applied per transaction. Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, offers, or product bundles.

10. Offer Specifics

  • Buy One, Get One (BOGO): Applies to the item of equal or lesser value unless specified otherwise.

  • Gift Cards: Any gift cards issued during a promotion are not redeemable for cash. If a refund is requested, the promotional gift card value may be deducted or cancelled.

  • Gift With Purchase (GWP): Available while stocks last and limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Sitewide Promotions: Apply to all full-priced items unless exclusions are specified.

11. Jurisdiction

These promotions are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws, including any applicable tax obligations.

12. Right to Modify

YOGA Skincare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
